Position Summary We are searching for a detail-oriented and analytical Safety Administrator to join our safety team. The Safety Administrator will be responsible for managing all safety management system processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of reports.

Key Responsibilities

· Preparing, reviewing and issuing safety reports

· Track and measure safety key performance indicators

· Collaborate with management in compiling and reviewing investigation reports

· Assist in measuring and monitor safe driver performance

· Maintain corrective action/preventative action closure logs

· Assist in administrative functions of the safety department

Education/Experience

· Associate’s degree preferred

Qualifications

· Good problem-solving and communication abilities

· Proficient with Microsoft Office software (i.e., Excel, PowerPoint,)

· Comfort in accessing and working in data entry software platforms

· Organizational skills to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, prioritizing workloads to meet deadlines

· Prior safety experience is desired, but not required
