We are searching for a detail-oriented and analytical Billing Analyst to join our finance team. The Billing Analyst will be responsible for managing and analyzing the billing process, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of invoices, and resolving billing discrepancies.

Key Responsibilities

· Preparing, reviewing and issuing invoices to customers

· Analyzing complex billing system data

· Resolving billing issues in a timely and efficient manner

· Maintaining up-to-date records of billing activities in Accounting system.

Education/Experience

· Associate’s degree in Finance, Accounting or relevant field

Qualifications

· Good problem-solving and communication abilities

· Proficient with Microsoft Office software (i.e., Excel formulas, formatting, reports)

· Organizational skills to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, prioritizing workloads to meet deadlines
