The Human Resources Administrative Assistant is responsible for handling daily assignments issued by the Chief People Officer (or other related departments), that may include daily HR tasks such as general HR communications, record maintenance, and other related duties and assignments
QUALIFICATIONS
Ø Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree or bachelor's degree preferred
Ø Proficient in PowerPoint
Ø Proficient in Excel
Ø Detailed oriented
Ø Organizational skills
Ø Problem Solving abilities
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
The Human Resources Administrative Assistant will be responsible for performing the following duties:
Ø PowerPoint presentations and analyzation of data
Ø Excel maintenance with HR related data
Ø Prepare and process HR related documents
Ø Administration of employee surveys (Pulse and Exit Surveys)
Ø Coordinate travel and assist with calendar management
Ø Assist in other areas such as recruitment, HR assignments, or training related requests
Ø Ability to maintain confidentiality and visibility to sensitive information
